Lindsey Wells, NP-C

Lindsey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Westminster College, where she graduated with honors. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners of Idaho, and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.

Lindsey’s passion is to guide her patients to optimal health and wellness through treating the whole person. She believes health starts with the most basic, yet essential elements; exercise, nutrition, balanced lifestyle choices, and optimal hormone functioning. She seeks a proactive approach to healthcare, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention. This is accomplished through the utilization of lifestyle modalities and bio-identical hormones, as they are synergistic for ideal health, happiness, and peak performance. Bio-identical hormone therapy corrects underlying imbalances and deficiencies that otherwise lead to the deleterious effects of aging and subsequent disease processes.

Lindsey encourages her patients to be active participants in their health and through a partnership, she tailors each patient’s treatment plan to promote optimal vitality and well-being.

As an avid fitness enthusiast herself, Lindsey understands the importance of optimizing nutrition, micronutrients, and exercise. In 2013, she earned pro status in the International Federation of Bodybuilding in the bikini division. She continues her pursuit in sharing her knowledge both as an athlete and as a medical provider. Lindsey believes it is each person’s right to live to their full potential.
